What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is the use of technology such as your computer, tablet, or smart phone that lets healthcare providers and people seeking medical services to connect virtually. This allows patients the freedom to receive treatment without having to go to an office for medical services such as weight management or weight loss therapy, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and more.

Where is your Office Located?
We are a telemedicine health and wellness company, so our consultations and appointments are all virtual and in the comfort of your own home and space. Consultations are held through video-chat in a HIPAA compliant communication app. Through our telemedicine services we serve 39 different states across the United States. At this time, we do not have a physical office location for patients to visit for appointments, but can offer in-home consultations for concierge patients or those who wish to see a provider face to face (if they are in a region a provider is located).

Common Questions on Weight Loss Injections
Does it work for everyone?
Treatments work for a majority of people, but there is no guarantee. Your provider will discuss your treatment options, as well as what to expect from your medication and recommended treatment plan. Depending on your treatment and your body, it may take a few weeks or months to see results. Remember, everyone is different on the inside and outside! We will work with you to find the right solution, and if we cant, we will find someone who can!
How long does it take to work?
Everyone is different! Some patients immediately experience results, while others may see slower results and need several weeks or months to get the perfect custom treatment to produce the results they are seeking. We are all different and our bodies all work differently, but your provider will work diligently with you to create an individualized treatment plan, monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments.
What are the side effects of the medications?
Each medication is compounded specifically for each patient and their
needs, and are all different for each medicine and each patient. We don’t list the side effects of every medication here, but the specific side effects of the prescriptions will be discussed with you during your consultation.
Is it safe?
Each of our medications are compounded individually for you in a FDA approved and accredited pharmacy. The pharmacies we source medications from use only the highest quality raw materials that are certified FDA inspected. All products are tested with two third-party labs for potency, sterility, and endotoxin testing. Preparations are quarantined and are not dispensed until all testing is received back from third party analytical labs.
Is your program pregnancy or breast feeding safe?
We do not offer any therapies that are pregnancy or breastfeeding friendly. So many prescriptions and medications like ours are not tested on pregnant women or infants so the research is not there to back the safety of use in this patient population of nursing moms or pregnant women at this time. However, after completion of pregnancy and breastfeeding, we are happy to serve you in your postpartum wellness journey in areas such as weight loss, skin tightening, sleep, energy, and hormone therapy.
How much does it cost?
Your health is an investment and you are worth it! Our consultations are complimentary and free for all patients. Each individual plan is custom created for you to fit your wellness goals and personal budget, therefore pricing is independent and varies between patients. Are there any fees or subscriptions required?
There are no fees or subscriptions here! We even offer complimentary consultations free to all patients. You only pay for the prescription medications you receive from your board-certified provider. There is no auto-refill or auto-pay. We only refill once you have discussed with your provider about your appropriate care and the both of your have decided the safest and next best step in your care on your health and wellness journey.
What are Peptides?
Peptides are made up of amino acids and amino acid chains. They are essentially pieces of proteins that naturally occur in the body, however, the body may not make enough of certain peptides that are needed for the body to function properly. Because of this deficiency, peptide therapy surfaced to help with a variety of conditions. They act by enhancing performance in the body and influencing your own hormonal production system. A variety of peptides offer aid in many different areas from improving mental clarity, better sleep, increasing muscle mass to cellular anti-aging and more.
What are the benefits of Peptide Therapy?
We can collect lab work and are able to determine ones biological age. By doing this, we decide which peptides would be best for your needs to keep your bodies hormones younger and at prime levels. Peptides have many different benefits such as reduction of visceral fat, increasing lean muscle, increasing skin collagen production and elasticity, cutting overall fat and toning your body, regulating metabolism, DNA regeneration aiding in anti-aging, better sleep, improved cardiovascular health, and so much more.
How do I store Peptides?
Most injectable peptides need to be refrigerated to maintain their efficacy, as well as to help maintain their molecular stability. This is to ensure that you are getting the most active form of the medication. You can store them in your regular refrigerator at home, or store them in a mini cosmetic fridge to sit on your bathroom counter for convenience. Our favorite one is linked here!

How do I receive my prescriptions?
Our virtual Telehealth opportunities allow us to serve patients across the United States to better their health at their convenience and without leaving the comfort of their homes. All prescriptions are sourced from FDA approved compounding pharmacies across the United States and shipped directly to patient’s doorstep at their homes. No need to even leave your house or visit your local pharmacy.
How can I refill prescriptions?
You may now refill prescriptions by texting us at 1-770-243-5753. We also have a system set up to automatically remind patients when they are due for upcoming refills.
How long does it take to receive my medication?
Prescription medication orders are compounded specifically for you at the time of order and may take up to 7-14 business days to ship.
How do I inject myself?
Step 1: Using the provided alcohol swab, clean the top of the vial. Remove the safety caps from the top and bottom of syringe. *Warning: Exposed needles
Step 2: Invert the vial and pull air back into your syringe. Insert the needle into the rubber cap. Pull back on the plunger the appropriate dose of medication.
Step 3: Clean the injection site with the alcohol swab and pinch a section of skin to inject. Carefully, inject the needle into the prepared area and inject the medication. Remove needle once medication is injected.

Does every patient need blood testing?
No, not every patient will require blood testing. Patients seeking weight
Where and how do I receive blood work testing?
You can easily find a lab location for blood testing nearby by visiting
Labcorp’s Lab Location Search Tool. Enter your location, choose a location near you, and schedule your blood test appointment. Follow the instructions from each individual testing site, show up and get your labs drawn, and Labcorp and Morph will handle the rest. You will receive a notification in your Patient Portal when your lab results have been uploaded, and it is time to proceed with your treatment plan.
Do I need bloodwork to start hair restoration or sexual wellness treatments?
No, hair restoration and sexual wellness prescriptions do not contain
I had lab work done recently. Can I use these labs to get started with Treatment at Morph?
In most cases, labs from another clinic will work and eliminate the need to purchase lab work at Morph. However, those results must include specific key markers determined by your provider. These labs will help our clinical staff make the best decisions for your treatment and overall health. To determine whether your current lab work qualifies, we recommend uploading a copy to your Patient Portal under ‘Documents’, or by emailing a copy to contact@morphwellneddmd.com. You may also choose to schedule a complimentary consultation with our provider, who can help make the determination for you.

What is the patient portal?
The Patient Portal is where you can complete your patient paperwork questionnaires, sign consent forms, view post-consultation information, and manage current or future appointments.
How do I login to the patient portal?
New patients will receive a link in your booking confirmation email and text message guiding you to log in to the patient portal in order to complete your patient paperwork and consent forms prior to your virtual appointment. Current patients may access the patient portal here in order to update your paperwork on file, manage current appointments or book future appointments, and view post-consultation instructions provided by your provider. How do I place a credit card on file?
prescription payments and refills. You are no longer able to update your card information within your patient portal, therefore you will need to call our office at 770-243-5753 in order to place that on file in our system.
How do I upload photo identification?
In order to treat patients via Telemedicine, by phone or video consultation, it is required by law that we are able to verify your identity. You must upload a form of photo identification to the portal prior to your virtual appointment. Please have your drivers license or another form of photo identification ready to snap a photo of and upload directly into the provided digital forms when completing new paptient paperwork or updating your paperwork on file.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Morph currently accepts payment via any credit or debit card with a
MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, or American Express.
Does Morph bill insurance directly or accept my insurance?
Morph does not accept insurance and does not bill any insurance
companies.
Can I use my HSA or FSA account to pay for Morph Treatment?
Morph does accept payment from HSA or FSA accounts at this time.
What is Morph's Return Policy?
All payments are final. Due to the nature of individualized treatment plans and prescriptions being compounded specifically for each patient, prescription medications are non-refundable. We do however, believe in our products and the results provided. If you feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed, please contact our office and we will be happy to discuss each transaction individually.
